Taylor has over a decade of teaching and performing experience in NYC. She holds mat and apparatus certifications from Pilates Academy International where she now trains new teachers as a Certifying Instructor. She is an American Council on Exercise Group Fitness Instructor, Functional Training & Senior Fitness Specialist with up-to-date CPR/AED/First-Aid certifications.  She recently completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. Her dance credits include Radio City, Lincoln Center, off-Broadway, commercials, national and international tours. She is also certified in Zumba, Masala Bhangra, AxleCore, and has further training with CoreAlign and SilkSuspension. A writer as well, she holds a BA in Communication Arts from Marymount Manhattan College and a Master’s Degree in Publishing from Pace University with a Teach English as a Foreign Language certificate.


Taylor currently teaches in NYC for Pilates on Fifth, Crunch Fitness, The Mercedes Club, The Pilates Movement, and The United Nations Ballet Club. Her workout videos are available on Amazon. With Crunch, she has appeared on The Today Show, worked out on TV with Shaun T of Insanity, and taught special summer classes at South Street Seaport. She has assisted choreographer Jeremy McQueen in setting work on students at The American Ballet Theatre JKO School and The Ailey School and has substituted at Peridance and Gibney Dance. She spent 4 years on faculty of Third Street Music School and was a teaching assistant at Ballet Academy East NYC. Taylor has guest taught ballet and musical theater in Japan, China, India, Bali, Florida, New Jersey, and Connecticut and has staged classical repertoire as assistant to master teacher Kat Wildish for the Performing in NY Showcase, for which she is Associate Director. She has also taught Dance History at the high school level for he School for Young Performers and the Ballet4Adults Certification Program.

All private sessions are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any session canceled with less than 24 hours notice must be paid in full. No refunds. The 5 pack of private sessions will expire in 2 months. The 10 pack of private sessions will expire in 5 months. Packages may be extended for an additional fee. Livestream class schedule is subject to change within reason. Weekly workout videos must be downloaded by the last day of the month or will only be available on a limited basis to stream online after that. All clients must complete the Client Information Form and Waiver before beginning any workout with Tailored Movement NYC.
